My father purchased Microsoft Office XP but he doesn't
understand English. Is there any way to customize his
computer in such a way that he might be able to see tool
bars and instructions in Spanish?

I recently installed a program that removed the
partitions in the "My Computer" folder.  All of my
folders and drives are in there, but the grouping is gone
and it looks like a normal folder now.  How do I change

file. I am writing a batch program to restore cd-rom

I created a new toolbar, from a desktop folder, to put on the taskbar. It
works great but when I reboot it's gone? I have the toolbars locked too. Any
help would be appreciated.

I use schedule task to run specific programs at certain
time. but the scheduled program doesn't work now even if
right click on it and click run.

When I go to File... Export and then save the entire (not just the "tree
branch") registry is this backing it up? I know this sounds stupid, but I
have little experience with this very VITAL lifeline of my computer and I
want to back it up the right way.

Anyone know how to change the startup screen in windows XP... the one tht is
first show with the little green progress bar!

WindowsXP; Right click a folder and "send to". The folder
gets sent but a copy remins in its original location; is
there a way to automatically delete this after the send
to has been completed?

For some reason all my personal settings are gone! When I
turned on the computer today I had the defult blue
background and default settings. What could have caused

I just bought a new computer with Windows XP Home and
cannot get it to "remember" the info I enter. For
instance, on my old computer when I went to "AOL.com" and
started to enter my "user name", a box would pop up with

My taskbar doesn't show opened windows anymore, I didn't
do anything to it, and it just happened, like when I open
a window folder or internet explorer browser, it wouldn't
show the opened window on the taskbar, all I have is
