When I open up a new document in microsoft word an old
document appears from some previous work and not a blank
page.  how do I get ride of that old document so that I
get a blank page.

I just set up Outlook Express on my computer. For some
reason the attachments (Word, Excel) are ggreyed out and
I cannot open them. How can I solve this problem?

PLEASE HEEEEELLLP.
I am trying to set up my Outlook Express to get messages
from MSN. It will not work for MSN or send or recieve
messages at all. Here is what I get:

The wav file I'm using plays fine in Winamp etc., even when
I select it in the Sounds and hit play.  But when windows
starts up, it cuts off the sound file. It's not that long a
file, but I get about 1 second and its cut off.

Hi - Recently, I selected "Small icons" when customizing
the Start menu. After doing that, the icons in my Quick
Launch area (on the Task Bar) are HUGE. I've tried going
back to large icons in the Start menu, rebooting, turning
