When I open up a new document in microsoft word an old
document appears from some previous work and not a blank
page.  how do I get ride of that old document so that I
get a blank page.

I just set up Outlook Express on my computer. For some
reason the attachments (Word, Excel) are ggreyed out and
I cannot open them. How can I solve this problem?

How do I zoom in and out on a picture in Windows Home XP?

I would like to know how, if possible, to add a folder to the explorer
panel similar to the My Documents, Shared Documents, etc. folders that

Certain programs automatically start at startup and appear

The wav file I'm using plays fine in Winamp etc., even when
