When I click on a desktop icon I would like to have the folder open
maximized. I have selected properties and checked run maximized, this does
not always work. Is there a setting somewhere that I can permanently open
all files maximized?

Does anyone know of a way to prevent the screen on the
host end from being locked when accessing the system
through Remote desktop?  I know Remote assistance allows
this, but we cannot use this for various reasons.  I also

i dunno if ne1 has ever had this but every time i load the
properties menu then click on the 'desktop' tab windows xp
(shock) creates an error but its a run.dll error so i have

Does anyone know how to improve the performance of an XP Pro machine?
Running on a P4 with 512MB RAM.  Current on service packs and updates.  All
disk maintenance has been ran.  Programs still open and respond slowly,
especially if the system has been idle.  Thanks!

My desktop icons are out of control. I simply want to be
able to place my icons in specific places on the desktop.
