I keep customizing my standard toolbar and it stays for a
while but eventually disappears.  Sometimes after I close
a document, or if I move between docs or if I restart my
PC, etc.

I changed the drive icons, but they were not being

Is there a standard for this, it doesn't look like there is. Whatever
resolution I use I find some pages to be too large and others too small.

Is there any way to set the icons to be transparent just
like they are when you drag them. There are numerous tools
to make the caption backgrounds trasnparent but I haven't
see any that work on the icons themselves. Editing each

Problem with Windows XP Home.  PC boots and seems to
start normally but presents the user with a blank blue
screen, no desktop icons and no task bar.  Right clicking
anywhere in the desktop does nothing.  The task manager
