I keep customizing my standard toolbar and it stays for a while but eventually disappears. Sometimes after I close a document, or if I move between docs or if I restart my PC, etc.

When I right-click to change the icon for a shortcut, I'd like my icons collection folder (c:\icons) to appear in the target box rather than shell32,dll. Is there any way to alter the built-in designation? Thank you.
