I have a strange problem.  When I change the Recycle Bin icon it reverts

Is there a way to change the order of the running tasks in

I am having a problem with windows assigning pictures to
folders in My Music and My Videos.  It seems to randomly
determine that a given picture needs to be on various
folders.  I do not understand why it is doing this, nor
