Once I adjust a window to a certain size, I would like it to be the same size every time I open it (unless I change its' size again). However, it seems that Windows XP Pro has a mind of its' own. I can't find a setting that will allow me to do this. Can anyone help?

Just got XP, like the idea of having different profiles for people in the house. I use outlook, wife and daughter use outlook express. can I set express up on each of their profiles and avoid them having to "switch identity"

on the left side of the screen I have somehow gotten a taslpanel on my desktop. I have tried everything that I can think of to get rid of it. its the same one that shows up when you open a folder. Its about 2 inches wide

Is there a way to prevent activation of a window or link w/o clicking on it. i have a touchpad on my laptop and if the pointer stays on a link for any length of thime, xp takes me to that location or activates that window.
