I loaded a new theme onto my desktop and now the taskbar (at the bottom of the screen) has reverted back to the way it looks with Windows2000. I tried going into the display settings and reseting it as the WindowsXP buttons

When I currently shut down my computer, I have to manually do so by pressing the power button... Is there a way that I can change this so that it just automatically shuts down on it's own?
