Does anyone have a patch or a way to get the background to the icon
labels to be transparent. There used to be a patch in Win98 called
Clearscreen or something but I can't find an XP equivalent. I really
want to do this while on active desktop.

I don't get to hear associated sounds of themes of Windows. Happens as if
"no sounds" is selected. XP no makes sound whenever I minimizes or

I have a Recycle bin icon that shows that there is
something in it, but upon opening it shows nothing.  When
I select disk cleanup it tells me that there is 46724 kbs

i prefer having user datafiles, and settings, too, on a drive other than C:.
removes such data from "lineof fire" when it comes to opsys issues such as
reformat C: and re-install opsys.
can C:\Documents and Settings be relocated, say, to H:\?
