I am having a problem with my internet options page.  
When I open it the "general" tab is missing, so the fist
tab that shows up is the "security" tab. With it being
like this I am unable to change my homepage, delete

Whenever a 'limited' user removes items from his/her
desktop, those items are removed from other accounts,
including administrator.  is this normal?  i thought that
each person could add/remove shortcuts without changing

I have added a new user to my system and want to have the same desktop icons
etc. I tried using the user profiles "copyto" function but it is grayed out.

on xp home, users with limited accounts are making
desktop changes that are affecting the system globally.  
There is only one administrator and two users.  changes
either limited account user makes changes all three

The instant start keys on my keyboard will not work with
Windows XP. These keys start applications such as Word or
Excel. They worked fine with windows 98.  When I try to
start Rapid Access to set up the keys I get the message:

it as simple as installing the os and then changing the boot.ini to point to
the existing os on the second partition?
