Whenever a 'limited' user removes items from his/her desktop, those items are removed from other accounts, including administrator. is this normal? i thought that each person could add/remove shortcuts without changing

on xp home, users with limited accounts are making desktop changes that are affecting the system globally. There is only one administrator and two users. changes either limited account user makes changes all three

The instant start keys on my keyboard will not work with Windows XP. These keys start applications such as Word or Excel. They worked fine with windows 98. When I try to start Rapid Access to set up the keys I get the message:
