I switched from ME to XP Pro. I would like my old taskbar

Owner's Screen keeps comming up...10 Sep 2003 17:00 GMT1
For some reason the owners screen (I am running WinXP,
it's the screen with the chess peice on it) keeps popping
up, almost as a screen saver...  I have to continually
click on the owner's icon.  I am the only one to use this

I have lost access to part of the menu when right clicking
on the desktop and selecting arrange icons.  There used to
be a section at the bottom with three items: Show desktop
icons, lock web items on desktop and run desktop cleanup

A set up to a new Windows XP Pro system was done for us
which was copied to other systems in our office.  The
problem is everyone's screensaver options are greyed out.  
We can change the screensaver but we cannot change the

I attempted to download some of the Windows updates.  I
received an error message that indicated that my Group
Policy had been set to "Remove all Access" for Windows
updates had been enabled and to check with my system
