Stupid problem, only appeared after downloading a bunch of hotfixes from
windowsupdate.

I am having a problem using my tablet without the
keyboard to enter patient notes in my own handwriting.  
The handwriting software transcribes what I write into
two non-medical terms rather than transcribing it exactly
