I am attempting to save space(600Meg) on my Local Drive
(C:).
Is it possible to move the "Documents and Settings" folder

I want to find out how to get a desktop shortcut to a web
page to open in a new window instead of opening in an
existing window that I have open.

found software(NTI FileCD) that has my drive as being compatible but
