Recently Windows XP has started automatically logging me off after my computer is idle for a short amount of time and I would like to know how to change this cause it's very annoying.

i have windows xp pro setup with 4 users. when my daughter removes desktop shortcuts from her page, they also are removed from the other users pages. is there a way to customise so that this does not happen.
