The internet button is not working how do i reset it to

I am setting up a computer for little kids, not
networked... just local games.  How do I skip the logon?  
I would like them to be able to turn it on and go play
without logging onto the computer.

Everytime I turn on my PC the time and date have changed -
they are incorrect by random amounts thus not simply a
different timezone. Of course I know how to change in the
properties dialog but that doesn't remain. It is

How would I be able to open up an attachment from an
email, downloaded, and able to open it with no problems?
What I mean is I got a attachment which is important,
downloaded it, opened it up, and only got a blank page.

I have 160 gig hard drive and would like to make a 30 gig
partion.  Disk manager says to right click in an
