Can anyone help? I know there is no virus present as this
occurs immediately after a format of the hard drive.

When  I delete a shortcut/icon from my desktop, it deletes

Hi, i recently upgraded a windows 2000 professional to windows xp home edition. Is there a way that i can impose everything under the windows 2000 such as programs, things like that onto the xp? both operating systems are on the same partition.

When removing Desktop icons/shortcuts for one user, it
removes them from every user. (delete shortcut)  Each user
should have it's own shortcuts on the desktop, not
everones.

How do I change the COLORS under the icons that are

I have installed a new program & now when I boot up, the

I some how lost my H.P. Center menu bar, I downloaded spybot about the
time I lost the menu bar I ran a scan on spybot and may have checked a
item I shoudn't have, so I went back and did a recovery which didn't
help, When I click on the H.P. Center icon I get a popup (Runner error)
