I installed an application that works fine in my user
account but others can't access it.  I'm running XP pro.  
Is there a tweak to make all applications available to
all users?

hi, a while ago i turned on a setting that when you move
the mouse over a back ground window it becomes the top
window without the need to click on it.

When I boot my Dell Latitude, I am asked to strike F1 to continue or enter
the BIOS setup.  This just started happening.  Does anybody know how to fix
