Whenever I try to place and IE background to my desktop
it comes out blurry and messed. How can I make it full
screen and not blurry?

When accessing the Microsoft Knowledge Base (and some
other sites) the screen format is not normal.  The screen
only has a white background - Larger than normal text -  
No Microsoft blue header.  The Search the Knowledge Base

In Windows XP Home, under Display Settings, we have set the Color Quality to
the 32-bit level.  If at some the computer is shut down, when it is
restarted these settings are automatically reset to 8-bit.  What is required
to maintain the setting at 32-bit?
