when I click on "all programs" on start menu, I get a
message that all my programs cannot be displayed. It
suggests I use smaller icons. -Tried this and does not
work. Why can't I view all my programs? I did not have

I download a lot of things and some of them only get
partially downloaded.  When I look for the partial files
on my hard disk, I can't find them, but they still take
up a lot of space.  How do I delete partially downloaded

I have no use for the "My Music" and "My Pictures"
folders (I keep my data in folders of a different name),
so I keep deleting them, yet Windows keeps re-creating
them.  Is there any way to get them to be gone for good?

Ok, I switched my default keyboard setting to Dvorak,
switched the keys on the keyboard to correlate.  I have
my system password-protected when exiting the
screensaver, so when I tried to get back on, the system

With a white desktop background, my icons have an outline and shadowed
effect and are underlined. I would like them to be simply black and not

under sound and audio device properties in control panel
there is a advanced tab under speaker settings. I have a
soundblaster audigy 2 plat ex. and 5.1 speakers. although
everytime i restart my computer the speaker setup menu
