i was wondering if anyone knows how to change the
function keys through windows xp. Whenever i seem to
press them i get links to shopping websites. i have got a
packard bell keyboard if that helps

I'd like to convert my current boot partition from FAT32 to
NTFS, but my old verions of Partition Magic doesn't offer
that particular conversion.  I can use PMagic OK even for
XP so long as I boot from floppy even though it doesn't

Got an 80 Gig HD in my Athlon XP 2600+ machine. I would
like to add a second HD. Do I format the new HD first
after Bios detects it? Can I load my XP on it also? Second
question: How do I arrange my Program Files so they appear

   I accidentally moved Word Pad on my desktop Startup, now its just icon.
How can I put it back in my Startup\programs\accessories as the Windows
Explorer doesn't go this far along the path..

I set up a new PC with XP Professional. I am sure that I
entered the name correctly but when I logged on as the
user, all of the letters in the name weren't there. Is
there a limit to the number of letters that are displayed
