I have a .net passport associated with my windows xp user
account. Now every time i log in, it tells me about how

Here's my problem: there re a few situations where the taskbar is too high.
That is, it covers a portion of the bottom of the screen.
I can uncheck the box that says taskbar is always on top. But then it messes
up some other situations.

In my infinite wisdom I used tweakui to remove the
username from the logon screen thinking that since I was
the only user it would bypass that screen all together.  
But I was wrong.  Now the "to begin click user name"
