Am stumped on this one. On my main computer running XP
Home, I have the text below each of the desktop icons set
so the letters appear to float above the wallpaper with a
slight shadow underneath. I want to replicate this same

I work for a school and it would be nice to have the My documents
folder on the desktop actually be the username of the person logged in
at that time.  They are logging into a windows domain, and using XP
workstations.

I inadvertently installed the wmp 9 as a series of patches from microsoft,
on a new Toshiba Notebook with XP Home Edition.
I found a way to restore wmp but it gave me version 6.4. What I really want
is version 8 but I cannot find it at the microsoft downloads, nor anywhere

I have XP Home with all the updates. When I open Explorer
it insists on expanding the My Documents folder and I
have to scroll down to get to the C drive and expand
