How do you change the startup and shutdown splash screens in windows xp/2000 server,etc? Are they all the same? how about editing the bios startup screen? "Like how dell has theirs.

Hello, I just started to use XP and I have 5 family members, so I set up for multi users. If I check my email can another user view the same email or download new email using the same email address.

When I click on the Start, menu appear starting from the bottom, Shut down, Run, Help and Support, Search, Setting, Documents, Favorites, and Program. I would like eliminate Documents from the menu. Could someone tell me how to accomplish this? I use Window XP Professional.

When I start up my computer, Outlook Express takes forever to load. I can't find a thing wrong. Everything else is great. I'm using Norton Antivirus 200. I uninstalled it but still had the same problem with OE. Any suggestions?
