I've done a quick search over the microsoft website, and

How can I change icon size of tray icons and quick-launch icons ?
I DON'T want change resolution, dot-per-inch settings or title bar size.
If I set "small icons" in quick-launch I see very microscopic icons, if I
set "large icons" I see huge icons!
