When I rename a folder that I have created in, lets say,
My Shared Pictures, it will not take on the new name
until I close the My Shared Pictures and then go back in
again.  This is the same for deleting and moving my

periodically when i launch IE it goes right to windows update instead of my
homepage.  it happens about once a month or so.  it this common?  is it a
strange bug or a joke?!  anyone else ever see this?

A Windows XP PC at my church is exhibiting some odd behavior. The Start Menu
and taskbar are completely inaccessable, as in not visible and unable to be
made visible. I've check the monitor's screen adjustments, tried the Windows
key on the keyboard, and CTRL+ESC - all to no avail.
