When I rename my desktop icons they hold fine until I log off and back on agian. All the system icons return to default, My Computer, My Network Places, etc.

During processes that use processor a lot, i noticed that in the TASK MANAGER a red line appears on the cpu performace graph. I've never seen this behavior on other machines, and no tutorials or FAQs is helping me.

I have a folder MSN Gaming Zone in Program Files which is empty apart from an empty subfolder "Windows." It cannot be deleted ecause the subfolder is said to be in use by another person or program. I would like to tidy it up. Any ideas please? Thanks.

When XP starts up it doesn't automatically go to XP it waits for you to piuck a user. I am wanting it to automatically log itself in so if the computer rebbots I don't have to choose a user it auto does it. I ask this
