Hi, Hope someone knows how to fix this. When I click on a
drive letter in My Computer a search window comes up. To
open a drive I have to right click>open. I have three
Harddrives and DVD and burner, a search window comes up

On adding a new favorite to the IE Favorites area, the new
favorite will have a site supplied specific ICON.  After
shutdowns of the system or IE, the favorites area no

can anyone tell me how to keep the computer from going to

I just recently got a new machine that has Windows XP and
I've noticed that the list of files in my directories
(Windows Explorer) do not follow the normal alphabetizing
order.  How can I make it list them like they were in

I have some files I would like to add things to the Property Summary Tab.
It is "greyed out" and I can not select anything.  Is there a way to turn it

I live in Japan and I recent bought a computer with

file system, the hard drive I want to move files from is fat32, all I need

I've been adding right-click 'send to' locations, and when it does, it sends
a copy, so I have to delete the original.

I diabled file and printer sharing as suggested by PC Mag
by unchecking the boxes for file and printer sharing for
Microsoft Networks under the properties of local area
connection.   Now,I can't access my Documents folder.  The

Last Friday, I had to reformat my HD. When I installed
windows and started running the program, every time I'd
go to fill in some information on a website, I'd get the
message asking me if I wanted the computer to remember
