I'd like to remove the underline in the icon titles on my
desktop, but don't know how.  I've tried Display
Properties/Appearance on the XP desktop, but there's
nothing that seems to control the underlining of a font.

I upgraded from ME to XP 8 months ago. Prior, I set "My
Documents" back-ground to "Diagonal Sand". Under XP I

Is there a registry setting or some other way to control the size of the bitmaps which Windows XP displays as the thumbnail representation of image files?  I'd like to make them all twice as large if I can.

I just changed my wallpaper to one with a mainly white
background, and the color of the font under my icons
continues to be white with that black shadowing, which
makes things a little hard to look at.

Hope some one out there can help me with this XP problem, I have tried

After I upgraded my system with a new mobo I had to repair Windows and now I
am not able to see some of my Turkish fonts in external applications such as
Winfax. I have no problem in office applications or windows. Explorer
accepts those fonts as it did b4, but winfax doesnt, ...
