Is there anyway to prevent the yellow popup menu from
showing the urls for the internet shortcut when hovering
over it with the mouse? I have already disabled all using
Kelly's tweak on line 11 and it doesn't work for me...

I booted up this morning and all the themes no longer work for all the
users on this computer - I start with "classic look". Great. They are stil
listed in Display_properties -> Themes but if I select them only the

After I add a new contact in Outlook address book under
contacts, it does not appear in the address book. When I
re-add it, the program says that it is already there!
