Windows Explorer refuses to copy "My Documents" folder to

I'm running Windows XP Professional and have separate
Administrator & User accounts set up.  A User wishes to
remove some of the icons that appear on her desktop.
These icons appear to be common to all desktops,

IIS option does not appear in windows component.  How can
I load it?

I have looked on Kellys Korner already and there is not solution

Is there any way in xp to have seperate desktop resolutions for different
users like in previous windows versions??  Help would be appreciated, would
like to get a higher res for myself and a lower one for my wife without
having to constantly switch.
