In the Windows Explorer, how do I enable the Console windows with the right-mouse-click. Many time I'm in a particular directory and wants to be there with the console windows I have to "Start->Run->command" then cd to that directory.

For some reason lately windows xp refuses to acknoledge outlook express as my default e-mail program. I have reset it as the default numberous times and it appears to apply the change but doesn't. I can't click on "contact"

i've created a new toolbar in my start bar by right clicking and going to toolbar-->new toolbar. i then browsed to the folder containing shortcuts to certain programs, and then i chose that folder as my new toolbar.
