I just upgraded to XP Pro and I want to configure my
desktop so that if I have a .jpg on my desktop it will

i've created a new toolbar in my start bar by right
clicking and going to toolbar-->new toolbar. i then
browsed to the folder containing shortcuts to certain
programs, and then i chose that folder as my new toolbar.
