My new computer will have the Korean version of Windows XP
for my wife.  I want to use Windows in English.
If we log in as separate users, can I have English as the
default OS language, and my wife the Korean OS version?

We have shortcuts that are network apps.  When offline, if a user click one
of those shortcuts, it says not found, do you want to delete it.  How can we
prevent that message?

I set up my email account under one user account and
again under another user, so that I could access my email
no matter which user was logged in.  But I only receive
