Since I have XP (had Me), I can't get into my on-line
banking.  When I go to my bank's website it sends me to
the error page and gives this message "You have reached
this page for one of the following reasons:

I am attempting to return by desktop shortcut menu to the
original settings, but cannot do so; i.e.--at the right
click the shortcut menu appears. Normally, the first

My start menu extends all the way to the top of the screen
