I am running XP home edition. After each restart I have to
reset my Explore appearance. The "Favorite" window is
closed, and also the Explorer window size is not as I had
left it before shut-down.

I seem unable to customize my folder arrangement. In the Recycle Bin, the
default arrangement is by Name, but I would like to arrange by date deleted.
I change this setting and all is fine until I restart and the view is reset.
I have 'Remember each folder's settings' checked in ...

I'm trying to clear the "My Recent Documents" list, not
the most recently used programs list.  So Right clicking
