I'm using a custom web-page based desktop (combination of
HTML, JavaScript and Flash), and XP displays a blank
white desktop on start-up until it has completed loading,
and only then displays my custom web-page based desktop.

I installed the google toolbar on IE, and used to be able

ever since i let my korean friend install the korean language pack so he
could check his email etc, I've noticed spurious korean letters appearing
here and there, usually when i'm on the net (on english sites) where english
letters should be.
