i accidentally moved the "show desktop" icon onto the desktop and then i deleted it because i didnt want it there. so now the link in the quick launch doesnt work. does anyone know how to get it back on the quick launch??

The pictures in the MY PICTURES folder are not listed on the Desktop tab in the Display Properties dialog box as Backgrounds. Only those in Windows or Wallpaper are listed. However, at work all photos in the MY PICTURES

I copied shortcuts from the start menu to the desktop. When I logged back in there were two shortcuts for each application (two for Word, two for Adobe etc). When I erased one, the other shortcut did not work!
