The default display for icons in folders is as "tiles."
For folders with a lot of icons, this is worse than
useless.  I have a lot of these folders, and am constantly
using "View | List" to change to a more manageable display.

On my Toshiba Laptop running Windows XP home SP 1, suddenly, when I
try to customize the tray, I do not get any option other than to "hide
when inactive" for what is in the tray. I am not seeing "always show"
or "always hide".

There is no maximise button in XP Home in the StartUp
items view in Msconfig. W98SE had one. Startup items seem
to have proliferated in XP, and I hate having to scroll
vertically and horizontally. Does anyone know why MS
