How do I set my computer to automatically open outlook when I switch it on !

I want my windows to act like windows or shells on Unix
systems. Specifically, I want to be able to keep inactive
windows (applications that I'm not using), in the
foreground, rather than having them automatically go to

hi! i was wondering if anybody can help... in windows xp

XP USER ACCOUNTS
I currently have two user accounts: My own user account
(administrator account) and a 'Guests' user account.
When I created a dial-up internet connection via Network

I had a right click options `Send to folder...'  +  'Move
to folder....'.  I added these summer of 2003.  I had
these options before that time also.  While I just did a
clean install of Windows XP and can't remeber how I added

It appears that the standard windows XP themes have been
deleted or lost.  Also, after choosing my settings, when
trying to save, it will not work.

at one time my desktop shortcuts and favorites listing to
websites (google) had a specific icon (capital G).  All
of a sudden both of these went to the generic ie blue e.
I deleted, recreated the favorite, the specific icon
