Is there a way to hide the title of a toolbar that I have on my desktop? I can remove the text of all the icons within the toolbar, but I would like to remove the title bar too. Also is there a way to make these transparent?

Is there any way to lock a folders settings such as list view, size, etc. It seems that I get a folder to look like I want it, then I come back to it a few days latter and it has changed.

Does anyone know how to stop the menu bar from folding up on itself at the botton of the screen. I had it so I was able to see every window that was open but I forget how I did it.

Ok, well I tried the registry fix at http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm line 30 as suggested to fix the "show windows while dragging" problem and it didn't correct the problem. Still, when I reboot the checkmark disappears and I have to re-check it. If anybody can help ...
