I have noticed that XP uses autoexec.nt instead of
autoexec.bat, which is the one we all remember from the

I don't know what I did but here it goes.  When I hit
Start and then Program all listings are gone.  I tried
the F8 at reboot to restore previous settings but to no

I have partitioned my hard drive and was able to move
the 'My Documennts' folder location to the data partition
for everyone that uses the computer but can't figure out
how to move the location for the shared folders.

I just purchased Windows XP.  I can't seem to lock my
desktop icons where I want them.  Everytime I rearrange

I want to organize the start menu by alphabetization, but
lately it's been just adding new programs onto the end in
a new sort, instead of the whole Start menu being just
one list. Get what I mean? How do I fix this?
