I just finished installing Windows XP on my computer and when it starts up, only the top 1/4 of the task bar at the bottom of the screen is visible. How do I correct this so that I can see the whole task bar? Thanks.

Here's a weird one. Every once in awhile, the Internet Explorer icon disappears from my start bar (quick launch toolbar), until I restart my computer. Any guesses as to why this happens?
