I can't seem to get Windows XP Pro to remember the view I
set for different folders - I use details and icons
mostly - nor can I get it to remember the size and
location of folders on the desktop.  In Windows 98SE this

Every time I start Windows XP, I have several programs
that load automatically. Some I don't want to load, but I

Is there a utilitie available wich is able to move the complete directory
"Documents and Settings"to a different drive?

Tweak-XP keeps resetting itself to HIDE the "control
panel" and "my documents" on the start menu.  I WANT them

In My Document folder, my files inside of various folders
have changed font color to blue, but not all my files.  
Some files are still in black. How can I fix this problem?
