Hello im having a problem with Win Xp when i create a folder and
resize the folder windows wont let me make the changes i make stay
if i make the files in the folder viewed by detail and sorted by type
the next time i open explorer the setting go back to the original

My husband and I have separate logon settings, but he

I just bought my machine and set up a menu for the
family.  I set up each user to have the same screen
saver.  I downloaded the 3D American Flag from Microsoft's

I have a user that customized her fonts.  She does not
remember everything she changed.  Now, when viewing web
pages, some of the fonts on web pages are bigger and

Windows keeps unchecking the "Show window contents while
dragging" box (control panel -> display -> appearance -->
effects). It's entirely cosmetic, yet still frustrating.
Is there any way to make Windows 'remember' the setting I
