It used to work, but now it doesn't. When I go to Start - All Programs, and right click, there is a brief flash, but no window opens up so that I can create a shortcut or lok at properties, etc.

Does anyone have any idea as to why the Status Bar in a folder view should keep disappearing? I go to View and click on Status Bar, but the next time I open a folder it's gone again, has anyone got a solution?
