I have added a picture to my desk top and want to the

When I click Start/Programs, the menu I get is very long,
and I would like to reorganize it- create new subfolders,
move some of the shortcuts into them, delete some of the

It used to work, but now it doesn't.

My Treble and Bass are gray and disabled located in the

Does anyone have any idea as to why the Status Bar in a folder view should
keep disappearing?

Is there anyway to change the width of the columns in the
all programs of the start menu. Mine have increased so

Hi, I'm having a problem with the effects dialog under
Display Properties -> Appearance -> Effects... Whenever I

I am trying to do something very simple, but cannot figure out how.  My monitor screen is 13"X9 1/2" and my display software is 11 1/2"X 8 1/2".  I want to size the desktop to be large, to fit the monitor screen.  Otherwise there is no point in having a larger monitor.
