I wanted to put a shortcut on my desktop to an item on the
web. However when I right clicked, I saved it to my desk
top. How do I remove the item which is a picture now on my
desk top? Thank you for your help.

When I click on START, the balloon from ALL Programs stating that I

I have successfully upgraded to XP for some months now
and had no problem in pinning different shortcuts "above"
the line in the start menu. I had to recently run a
