When resizing open windows, Windows give you the option
to see only the outline of the new window (as you drag a
border), or you can see the actual windows contents grow

its original broadband page.  a nasty site changed
everything for me and spy sweeper pop ups keep flashing

In my home XP my Windows Picture and Fax Viewer has two problems/defects -
1) The basic editing facilities (as advertised) are totally absent
2) The 'Close this Program and open Image for Editing' button does
absolutely nothing
