How do I change the default location for file
installation from "C:\Program Files" to "D:\Program
Files"?
I know I have seen this done in Windows 2000 at work.

How do I go about cleaning out the Registry of old files
and stuff like that.  When I was looking in there, i
noticed a bunch of old entries from programs that were
uninstalled.  Anyone know how to clean it out safely
