I've made an IE toolbar, when I install it (with regsvr32.exe) I want it to be active and displayed in its own band. (not sharing a band with another toolband). Can anyone give me some tips on how to do this ?

My laptop was sent to me with an external keyboard. I want to use just the keys on the laptop, but when I try to type sometimes numbers come up instead of the letters, example 1 for J, or 4 for U Where do I go to advised the computer I want to use just the main keys?
