Is there any way to display the date on the bar at the
bottom of the desktop, next to the time?  If so, could

When I click on links in email in OE, an IE does not open

basic XP sound recorder is dead, even showing HP onboard
soundmax card as active sound device .. MIC is selected and
active on mixer .. needed to reinstall Media Player 9 to
get back the sound playback .. it automaticly downloaded

I was wondering how to keep some of the icons on the task bar from coming up when the computer boots up.  And I was wondering if you can help how to keep msn messenger and yahoo messenger from signing on as soon as the computer is booted up.
