I have a 40Gb Hard drive which is partitioned (2 x 20GB). I want to move the My Documents folder from the C drive to the D drive. What is the safet way to do this?

I just upgraded, switching from AMD on an Abit motherboard
to Intel P4 on an Intel board.  The only other difference
is the type and amount of RAM.  All other components were
transferred from the old system, including the WD 80 gig

I recently (accidentally) deleted the "Show Desktop" icon
located on the quick launch toolbar (on the taskbar).

when i modify menushowdelay in the registry to affect the speed at which menus popup, there is no resulting effect. is there any thing that might be hindering the command? before i recovered my computer, there was no problem here

I have a few programs where I have assigned a shortcut key combo.
It works, but on some of the programs there appears to be a delay when I use
the shortcut. It sometimes takes 10 seconds before the program boots when I
use the keystrokes shortcut.

I was customizing my file folders when something went wrong
and whenever i double-click on a file folder the search
browser comes up ready to search for the file-folder. Is
there a way to fix this?

Hello.  I'd like to know if it is possible to change the blue screen which says "Welcome" ever time XP boots.  I'd like to make it say "Welcome" in another language!  Is it just a case of changing a JPG file or something?
