I recently had to re-install windows XP In the previous
install there was a user folder under doccuments and
settings that was protected from snooping by others.
Since the re-install, I have no access at all to this

Problem Description: All my folders including my only
hard drive (F), are coming up as "picture folders". You
can change most subfolders back, however, i cant seem to

For some reason, everytime i try to move a folder or file
from one place to another EX.(my documents to the
desktop), it makes a copy of the file instead of just
moving it. It didn't always do this. How to fix?
